<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication controller, communication control method, program, communication system, and radio terminal, capable of achieving a synergistic effect between the introduction of a communication controller, such as a CSG cell for distinguishing operations of a specific radio terminal and any other radio terminals from each other, and the introduction of cooperative communication such as CoMP. <P>SOLUTION: The communication controller includes a communication control section that controls cooperative communication coordinating with any other communication controller, depending upon whether or not a specific communication controller or any other communication controller is implementing terminal grouping for distinguishing operations of a specific radio terminal and any other radio terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
