<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably house a seat belt by housing two kinds of the seat belts comprising the normally-shaped part and the deformed part, in separate respective storage devices. <P>SOLUTION: A shoulder belt part 20A of the seat belt 20 is formed as the deformed part 20b is formed in a thick shape, and a retractable belt part 20C is formed of the normally-shaped part 20a. The normally-shaped part 20a is housed in the first storage device 40, and the deformed part 20b is housed in the second storage device 50.
