The framework is provided with a reception zone (26) receiving an end of the rod. A section of the reception zone is provided such that the section of the rod is enrolled in the section of the tube. The reception zone defines a single specific contact for the end of the rod. The rod is fixed at the framework in the reception zone by welding.
