<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission-cooling duct for a straddle-type vehicle that prevents rainwater, dust, or the like from entering from a vent hole more effectively, and prevents a vehicle body from being large. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission-cooling duct 141 is positioned in front of an article storage box 91 and above a main frame 73.
