<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a congestion information collection-display device, a congestion information management server, a congestion information display system, a method, and a program, which enable grasping of a congestion status of objects in each place, independent of a number of terminals, by providing the terminals with given functionality. <P>SOLUTION: Each congestion information collection device 31 reports a congestion status nearby the device itself and measurement date and time to a congestion information management server 33.
