The invention is directed to simplifying the design and increasing the effectiveness and reliability of the operation of a volume-displacement internal combustion engine. The mentioned technical result is achieved in the rotor section of the internal combustion engine, in which the transfer of forces from the working substance onto the shaft is produced by means of a heavy-duty lantern gear. An eccentric and a pair of programmed pinions are eliminated entirely from the structural composition of the section. Instead of these elements, a simpler and more effective additional programmed lantern gear is used in the mechanimsm.
