<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin composite sheet having excellent flexibility and mechanical strength, and uniform physical properties in which a fiber sheet and a resin are uniformly composited. <P>SOLUTION: The composite sheet includes the fiber sheet comprising organic ultrafine fibers composed of an organic component, and having a mean fiber diameter of ≤1 μm, and having a mean flow pore diameter of ≤2 μm and the resin, and has a region where the fiber sheet and the resin are intermixed.
