Disclosed is a deep-in-the-canal deformation self-adaptive hearing device, comprising a body and a hearing conduction device; the body is connected with the hearing conduction device; the hearing conduction device comprises a hearing tube and a receiver fixed in the hearing tube; the hearing tube is made from a two-stage, three-dimensional flexurally-deformed flexible material suitable for the two bends physiological structure of an ear canal; and the single-pole single-side bending angle of the hearing tube is less than or equal to 75 degrees. The deep-in-the-canal deformation self-adaptive hearing device provided by the present invention can be wholly fixed in the ear canal stably, ensures that the air in the ear canal is circulating during wearing, is suitable, no matter in a left ear or a right ear, for different physiological structural shapes and sizes of human ear canals, can self-adapt the deformation of the physiological structure of the ear canal, can be stably disposed in the ear canal deeply, disposes the receiver closer to a human eardrum, reduces gain loss and improves long-term wearing comfortability.
