<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage type water heater capable of reliably reducing a heat dissipation loss from a hot water storage tank irrespective of size fluctuations of a heat insulation member. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water storage type water heater includes: a substantially cylindrical hot water storage tank 2 for storing hot water; an outer case 4 for storing the hot water storage tank 2; and a plurality of heat insulation members 3a, 3b, 3c which are arranged between the hot water storage tank 2 and the outer case 4 and are molded into shapes capable of covering the hot water storage tank 2; wherein the plurality of heat insulation members 3a, 3b, 3c include the heat insulation member 3b located on the relatively upper side and the heat insulation member 3c located on the lower side of the heat insulation member 3b, a rib 6c protruded upward from the heat insulation member 3c located on the lower side is formed, the rib 6c can be deformed by being brought into contact with the heat insulation member 3b and, therefore, a gap between the heat insulation member 3b located on the upper side and the heat insulation member 3c located on the lower side is sealed with the rib 6c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
