PURPOSE: A method for carrying live fish is provided to alleviate stress of the fish using a natural anesthetic containing a snowbell fruit extract. CONSTITUTION: A method for carrying live fish is as follows: Snowbell berries are washed. 0.5-2kg of snowbell berries and 1 liter of water are mixed in a pressure type extractor. The pressure type extractor is heated to be 112-116 deg. C for 1-3 hours. The extract is mixed with the water in a fish transfer water tub. Live fish are put into the fish transfer water tub. The fish transfer water tub is carried to a destination. The live fish are transferred from the fish transfer water tub to a water tub.
