PURPOSE: A control device and method of motor and drive system minimizes generated voltage spark generated through the switching motion of the three-phase motor controlled with a sixty degree phase deference by controlling a switching element to the state of on and off. CONSTITUTION: A motor(10) comprises the rotor and the stator. The control unit receives the rotor position information of the motor supplied from the hall sensor. The control unit above generates a PWM signal periodically with an interval of a 180 degree to supply it to an inverter having a number of switching elements. The control unit above generates a PWM signal to switch the second switching element to on state which is switched in an opposite direction corresponding to the first switching element.
