PURPOSE: Unmanned surveillance equipment is provided to receive signals for help and to determine a situation by real-time video transmission and subject image. CONSTITUTION: An unmanned monitoring apparatus collects background image. The unattended monitoring device processes real-time video confirmation and previous image extraction based on the subject image photographed through the video input area. The unattended monitoring device processes the compression and the storage of the real-time video and the previous frame. The unattended monitoring device outputs the real-time video and the previous frame through a wireless output unit for remote control and field control.
