PURPOSE: A frame device for installing an external panel is provided to form simple configuration and to implement easily installation of a wall surface. CONSTITUTION: A frame device(100) for installing an external panel includes a wall surface fixed body(10) and a fixing frame(20). The wall surface fixed body is fixed at a wall and protruded. The fixing frame consists of plates having a cross section. The wall surface fixed body is attachable and detachable.
