PURPOSE: A biological liquefying method of organic enriched sludge collected from sewage or wastewater is provided to reduce the generation rate of residual sludge in sewage or wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A biological liquefying method of organic enriched sludge includes the following steps: 0.05-1.0 parts by weight of mixed microorganisms(BM-S-1) of registered number KCTC 11789BP, 0.125-0.15 parts by weight of rice bran, 0.05-0.075 parts by weight of peat moss, 0.15-0.175 parts by weight of mushroom waste wood, 0.075-0.11 parts by weight of chaff, 0.015-0.025 parts by weight of molasses, 0.01-0.05 parts by weight of trehalose are mixed on the basis of 100 parts by weight of water, and the mixture is maintained at a temperature between 15 and 30 deg. C to prepare a complex microorganism liquid; 37.5 parts by weight of rice bran, 37.5-50 parts by weight of peat moss powder, 25-49.85 parts by weight of mushroom waste wood, 80-120 parts by weight of chaff powder, 7.5-25 parts by weight of trehalose are mixed on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the complex microorganism liquid to prepare a mixed material; the mixed microorganism is inoculated into the mixed material under a high temperature; the mixed material is cultivated and dried to prepare a powdered microorganism agent; the powdered microorganism agent is cultivated to prepare a raw microorganism liquid; the number of microorganisms in the raw microorganism liquid increases, and the microorganisms are activated to complete liquid microorganism formulation; and the microorganism formulation is introduced into the organic enriched sludge.
