<p>PURPOSE: An air conditioning device for dehumidifying a clean room is provided to maintain the dry state of an indoor space even if the humidity of outdoor air is high by preventing the outdoor air from flowing into the indoor space. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning device for dehumidifying a clean room comprises a clean room chamber(100), an air conditioner(200), multiple mufflers(400), a compressor(500), a supply pipe opening and closing valve(530), and a controller(600). An air damper is installed in the clean room chamber. The air conditioner has a dehumidification unit. The mufflers are connected to the air outlet of the air conditioner. The compressor is connected to the air conditioner through a supply pipe. The supply pipe opening and closing valve opens and closes the supply pipe. The controller controls the operation of the air damper, the air conditioner, and the supply pipe opening and closing valve.</p> |
