<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure which allows a fastening screw screwed into a skeleton to hardly drop off even by exposure to strong wind. <P>SOLUTION: A waterproof structure having a waterproof layer which is composed of a heat insulation layer and a waterproof sheet and fastened to the surface of a skeleton with a fastener comprises the skeleton, the heat insulation layer, the waterproof sheet, and the fastener. The fastener comprises a fastening screw screwed into the skeleton through the heat insulation layer so as to be fastened, and a stationary plate through which the fastening screw passes. The surface of the stationary plate adjacent to the waterproof sheet is joined to the waterproof sheet.
