<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a metal plate from being reoxidized by water vapor produced through reduction treatment when the reduction treatment is performed to the metal plate using hydrogen gas. <P>SOLUTION: In a continuous heating furnace, an in-furnace gas flow N is formed from a side of an outlet opening 22 toward a side of an inlet opening 21 inside a reacting furnace 2 in order to reduce oxide included in a metal plate by heat treating the metal plate passing from the inlet opening 21 to the outlet opening 22 of the reacting furnace 2 in a hydrogen atmosphere and also to discharge water vapor produced through the reduction treatment from inside the furnace. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
