The method for communicating the digital information prevents leaking information during information processing and communication. The method comprises steps; a) arranging the open keys and fixed secret keys of information sender and receiver after arranging them in prescribed organizing elements table and generating variable secret keys(100) according to representative for those keys; b) reading the data of source file in a unit of block according to size of the generated variable secret keys and representing the input data(200) in multi-dimensional data of organizing elements; c) compressing the input data(300) represented in multi-dimensional element according to representative algorithm; d) making the compressed data(400) into independent processing unit; e) completing the encryption(500) by producing the secret file through achieving masking for the independent blocks; f) generating variable secret keys(600) for information receiver using the fixed secret keys and open keys of the sender; g) reading(700) the encrypted file sent in prescribed blocks; h) removing the XOR mask(800) by accomplishing the exclusive OR of variable key and cryptogram; h) generating independent block by arranging the decoded data in attribute of organizing elements in the table defined as elements of (0,0,0) to (n-1,n-1,n-1) in turn; and I) recovering the independent block to original block through the recovering algorithm of multi-dimensional representative and generating the decoded file(1000)
