<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently achieving sintered density equal to that by the conventional method in spite of treatment in a short time in the case when a metal sintered compact is produced with metal powder as raw material. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the metal sintered compact in which a capsule 4 is filled with metal powder 3, and the capsule is subjected to hot extrusion to sinter metal powder, the capsule and the structure in the capsule are constituted so that the load to be applied to the structure 3 in the capsule made of the filled metal powder is made larger compared to the load applied to the capsule. Further, the metal sintered compact is obtained by filling metal made of titanium powder or titanium alloy powder into a capsule and subjecting the metallic powder and the capsule to hot extrusion under pressurization, and porosity thereof is ≤1%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
