A display panel (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a wiring substrate (100a); a facing substrate (100b) which is positioned on the observer side of the wiring substrate (100a); and a display medium layer (32) which is disposed between the wiring substrate (100a) and the facing substrate (100b). The wiring substrate (100a) further comprises: a substrate (11); and a plurality of metallic wires (GB, SB, CSB, etc.) which is disposed on the facing substrate (100b) side of the substrate (11). At least a portion of the plurality of metallic wires further comprise on the surface thereof either a moth-eye structure or an inverted moth-eye structure (12M).
