The invention relates to a composition of a product meant to immunize the strawberry plants against three novel virulent strains of Botrytis cinerea and to the methods for the application of this composition in the preventive treatment of grey mould in strawberry plant. The Botrytis cinerea strain, BcS1 presents greyish-white wool-like colonies with rare black sclerotes on Czapek medium, grey colonies with numerous black sclerotes on PDA medium, long septated brown conidiofores with intercalar or apical branching, non-septated hyaline smooth conidia. The Botryris cinerea strain BcP2 presents dense wool-like dark grey colonies with numerous black sclerotes, tall, thin, brown septated conidiofores with intercalar branching, non-septated hyaline smooth conidia. The Botrytis cinerea strain, BcF7 presents initially hyaline colonies light coloured in the centre, wool-like with developed black sclerotes in a moderate number, tall, thin, brown septated irregularly branched conidiofores with apical and intercalar conidial ends, non-septated light brown conidia with prominent hilum. The product claimed by the invention contains total soluble proteins 1.06...22.67 mg/l, total reducing glucides 1.98...19.39 mg/l, total flavonoids 0.01...0.4485 μ g/l, total polyphenols 39.42...336.51 mg/l, pectin lyase 0.637...0.513 U/ml, kitinase 0.423...0.627 U/ml, cellulase 0.012...1.98 U/ml, carboxymethylcellulose 0.018...0.940 U/ml, &bgr;-1,3 glucanase 1.109...7.092 U/ml, total content of amino acids 456.19...467.79 mmol/100 ml. |
