<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of excellently detecting a flicker. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a charge storage type photometric element (137); a storage time control part (172) for transmitting a first storage time for photometry or a second storage time for the detection of a flicker due to the periodical luminance change of a light source to the photometric element thereby to allow the photometric element to perform charge storage in the first storage time or the second storage time; an acquisition part (171) for acquiring an output from the photometric element; a photometric part (173) for performing photometry on the basis of an output from the photometric element, which is stored in the first storage time; and a flicker detection part (175) for detecting the flicker on the basis of an output from the photometric element, which is stored in the second storage time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
