[Problem] To provide a load sensing device capable of bringing both a displacement part and a load sensor into contact with the underside of a panel especially without the destruction of the load sensor, electronic equipment using the load sensing device, and a method for manufacturing the load sensing device. [Solution] A load sensing device comprises a panel (3) the upper surface side of which is the operation surface side, a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape (displacement part) (4) which supports the panel (3) from the lower surface side and is displaceable in the height direction thereof, and a load sensor (5) which is disposed at a position different from the formation position of the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape (4) on the lower surface side of the panel (3) and can sense the amount of displacement in the height direction by being subjected to a load. The load sensor (5) is supported on a flexurally deformable flat spring (elastic body) (8), and both the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape (4) and the load sensor are brought into contact with the lower surface of the panel (3).
