<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance device in which a height position of a decorating body can be accurately adjusted, and to provide a game machine including the same. <P>SOLUTION: One end side in the long direction of a first Yakumono (accessory) 100 is turnably journaled by a shaft part 110. A cam 183 of a gear 180 normally and reversely rotatable by an upper drive motor 190 can come into contact with a cam reception part 104 provided in the first Yakumono 100 from below.
