<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery center capable of properly delivering updated information with respect to facility information. <P>SOLUTION: A "vehicle ID", a "starting point" and a "facility ID" of a destination facility are stored in the running history storage of the information delivery center. Based on this, the control unit of the information delivery center calculates the average distance between the destination facility and a starting point for each category (S210), determines the range of renewal (S240, 250), prepares renewal information (S260) and delivers it (S270).
