<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle sun visor device capable of being inexpensively manufactured with a simple structure, and including a part for placing a case of a contact lens or accessories required when performing make-up. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle sun visor device 10 includes a sun visor body 12, a mirror 14, and a mirror cover 16. The mirror cover 16 includes a shield plate 24 covering the mirror 14, a biasing mechanism 28 biasing the shield plate 24 in a direction for forming a shield state of the mirror 14, and a folding/development mechanism 30 holding the open state of the mirror 14. The folding/development mechanism 30 includes a first side plate 32 and a second side plate 34. When the shield plate 24 is erected from the shield state of the mirror 14, the first side plate 32 and the second side plate 34 are developed in a direction away from the shield plate 24 by the own gravity thereof, and abut against the sun visor body 12 to hold the open state of the mirror 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
