PURPOSE: A mold for forming lens is provided to minimize the failure rate of a lens by filling a shortage of lens forming materials caused by contraction. CONSTITUTION: A mold(100) for forming lens comprises first and second mold members(110, 120). A plurality of first spaces(102) and one or more second spaces are formed by mold members. Lenses are formed in the first spaces. Forming materials for lenses are stored in the second space. The first spaces are connected in one direction. The second spaces are connected to the first spaces.
