<p>PURPOSE: An adder is provided to make a signal processing circuit with low power consumption by using a transistor with a low off current. CONSTITUTION: A sum circuit(10) is electrically connected to a first power line and a second power line. A first input terminal, a second input terminal, a third input terminal, and a first output terminal are electrically connected to the sum circuit. One of a source and a drain of a first transistor(14) is electrically connected to the first power line and the other thereof is electrically connected to a second power line. One of a source and a drain of a second transistor(15) is electrically connected to the third input terminal and the other thereof is electrically connected to a gate of the first transistor.</p> |
