Cut-off bar for a beam of a light source

The bar (12) has blades (32, 34, 36) attached to a molded core (30), where the bar is driven between a first position in which the bar does not intercept a light beam emitted by a light source and a second position in which the bar intercepts a part of the light beam. The core carries partition elements e.g. sectors (40), forming reception housings for receiving the blades. The blades include fixing units (60) for fixing the blades on the partition elements. The fixing units are formed of claws (61). An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a cut-off bar.
