PURPOSE: A WLAN(wireless local area network) access setup method and an indoor location confirmation method thereof are provided to receive an internet service using SSID(service set ID), a WEP(wired equivalent privacy) key, and additional information. CONSTITUTION: A smartphone(20) scans a QR barcode using an executed QR code scan application. The smartphone detects the recognized QR code information. The smartphone access an AP access authentication server(30) based on the detected QR code information. The smartphone receives authentication information from the AP access authentication server. The smartphone automatically connects to an AP(access point)(40) using the SSID and WEP included in the authentication information received from the AP access authentication server.
