PURPOSE: A composition containing urea fertilizer, composite fertilizer, NaNO_3, and CuSO_4 5H_2O is provided to culture a large amount of microalgae and to improve microalgae productivity. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for culturing a large amount of microalgae contains urea fertilizer, composite fertilizer, NaNO_3, and CuSO_4 5H_2O as an active ingredient. The microalgae are Nannochloropsis including N. gaditana, N. granulata, N. limnetica, N. oceanica, N. oculata, or N. salina. 100wt% of urea fertilizer contains 40-50 wt% of nitrogen. 100 w% of composite fertilizer contains 20-25 wt% of nitrogen, 10-15 wt% of phosphorus, 10-20 wt% of potassium, and 1-5 wt% of magnesium.
