PURPOSE: An opening/closing device soundness evaluating system and a method thereof are provided to evaluate soundness of an opening/closing device based on a key element corresponding to a deterioration degree of the opening/closing device. CONSTITUTION: An information inputting module(100) receives information corresponding to a life diagnosis element and the information corresponding to a state diagnosis element. A key element analyzing module(200) analyzes an operating state of an opening/closing device, an installation type corresponding to environment which the opening/closing device is installed, and key elements corresponding to an inspection and an analyzed result based on the information. A soundness evaluating module(300) calculates soundness for each opening/closing device by using a weighted value which influences a state of the opening/closing device for each the analyzed result and the key element. The soundness evaluating module determines whether or not of changing the opening/closing device based on the calculated soundness.
