FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hardware products and refers to a flexible locking-sealing device, comprising a body 1, made of an insert 2 and a hollow shell 3, which are rigidly connected to each other by means of plastic deformation of the shell, besides, the insert is arranged in the form of a flat rectangular parallelepiped with front 4, rear 5 and side faces 6. Besides, on the front one there is a locking device installed for a section of a rope 8, and on one of side faces there is a semi-cylindrical through channel 9 for letting through a free end 10 of the rope section. According to the invention, connection of the insert 2 with the shell 3 is provided through plastic deformation of the latter at the inner side in the lower zone by means of wedge ledges 11, arranged on the insert 2 in its lower part on the rear 5 and one of side faces 6 along their entire width, besides, it is provided during assembly.EFFECT: proposed rigid and non-detachable connection of an insert and a shell expands arsenal of methods for their connection, increases reliability of their fixation, and rigidity and strength of the body due to provision of its monolithic nature.2 cl, 3 dwg |
