FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery industry, namely, machines for cleaning the seeds from the litter. Toroidal device for cleaning seeds comprises a loading and an unloading devices, a drive, and a screening surface elastically mounted by means of elastic elements, made in the form of a torus with a helical surface on the perimetre of the sections connected to each other and mounted of a bent perforated strip. Each section of the screening surface is made in the form of a circular sector. The perforated strip is bent alternately in opposite directions in straight lines in the form of the fold lines located on the strip at equal distances from each other and placed at an angle to the edges of the perforated strip to form quadrangles of different sizes with two parallel sides, located on the strip alternately and in parallel. The sections are connected to each other by free sides of the said quadrangles to form on its perimetre of the outer and inner surfaces of triangular multiple-start screw perforated surfaces and unidirectional multiple-start helical lines, which step on the outside diameter of the screening surface is greater than the step on the inside diameter of the screening surface.EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of seed cleaning from litter, as well as increased operational and technological capabilities.9 dwg |
