FILM RESISTIVE ELECTRIC HEATER

摘要

A film resistive heater of multi-layer structure comprises an integral heating polymeric layer, wherein a resistive composition on the base of carbon mixture is used, to increase an effective area it is applied in the form of printed resistive bands and located along edges of current conductive electrodes of silver printed layer and a copper bus laminated with water-proof and fireproof film; moreover to maintain the required heating temperature it comprises a semiconductor polymeric layer having positive temperature resistance coefficient; the layer is applied separately according groups of resistive bands on one of the current conductive electrodes and is pressed between the printed silver layer and copper bus.
