摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation device and an evaluation method for an electric penetration part that can evaluate soundness of an electric penetration part alone in terms of influence of noise. <P>SOLUTION: The evaluation device includes cables 4, 5, and 9a which form a closed loop by electrically connecting a first electric penetration part 2 and a second electric penetration part 3 different from the first electric penetration part 2; a dummy current generation device 7 which generates a dummy current; a current injector 6 which injects the dummy current as a common mode current into the formed closed loop circuit; a current measuring instrument 8 which measures the common mode current during the injection of the dummy current as a current value; a signal voltage measuring device 9 which measures a fine high-frequency electric signal derived from the first electric penetration part 2 during the injection of the dummy current as a voltage value; and a conversion ratio calculating device 10 which calculates a conversion ratio from the current value measured by the current measuring instrument 8 and the voltage value measured by the signal voltage measuring device 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
