<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker and a heating cooking device including the same, capable of suppressing firing and fuming of fat and oil in a cooking chamber of the heating cooker. <P>SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes an air distributing means sucking the air in the cooking chamber 11 by generating suction force at a cooking chamber suction opening 12, and blowing off the air sucked from the cooking chamber suction opening 12 from a nozzle 28, a ventilating space is formed between a bottom face of a pan 27 and a loading face for putting a heated object, of a cooking table 26, the nozzle 28 is disposed on a height position between the bottom face of the pan 27 and the loading face of the cooking table 26, and has an inclined face descending from the neighborhood of a lower end of the nozzle 28 toward a bottom face side of the pan 27, and an air guide section 29 is disposed to guide the air blown off from the nozzle 28 to the bottom face of the pan 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
