<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which, in a backup recovery time, can prevent an inner state of the pinball game machine from being known to a player. <P>SOLUTION: During a probability variation game and in non-performance of a support game (without high probability support), a background image 100A for a second presentation mode is displayed in a liquid crystal display unit (step S215, S216). In non-performance time of the probability variation game and in non performance of the support game (without low probability support), a background image 100B for a first presentation mode is displayed in the liquid crystal display unit (step S218-S220).
