<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two-component developer that allows a resin coat carrier to stably charge toner at a predetermined level when image formation with a large toner consumption, such as on-demand printing, is carried out. <P>SOLUTION: Two-component developer comprises a resin coat carrier and toner.
