The invention relates, more particularly, to a container of the type of a bag, sack, box, recipient or the like, hereinafter designated as a re-usable bag (1), having some kind of carrying element (2), such as handles, of the type used for shopping in supermarkets or stores in general (E), and which is provided with an identification element (3) permanently attached to the bag (1) and comprising an identification number (3a) for the element (3), as well as a few registration data (D) on the user of the bag. The bag (1) with the identification element and a customer's registration data are supplied by an individual store (E) or by a chain of stores (R)/(R1), enabling any store of the chain (R/RI) to identify the re-usable bag and the user thereof as soon as the latter enters the store provided with a reader of said identification element, and to offer the user a series of advantages ensuing from re-use of the re-usable bag, such as discounts advertised in the store or over the media in order to promote the use of the re-usable bag. The main object of the present invention is to replace the traditional, environmentally harmful plastic bags. |
