The arrangement (1) has batteries (3a- 3c), where each battery is linked with auxiliary equipment (2). A power supply of the auxiliary equipment supplies power through one of the batteries. A switching device (5) couples or decouples the auxiliary equipment to the battery (3a), and couples the auxiliary equipment to other batteries (3b, 3c) depending on load profile of the batteries. The auxiliary equipment is decoupled from the battery and coupled with the other batteries in order to minimize a load difference between the batteries. An independent claim is also included for a method for power supply of an electromotor of a motor car and auxiliary equipment of the motor car.
