<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip and a wiring harness with the clip which prevent the clip from easily coming off from a wire bundle, enables easy attachment to the wire bundle, and minimizes the protruding amount from the wire bundle. <P>SOLUTION: A clip 10 has an insertion part 20 inserted into a mounting hole 90 provided at a vehicle body and a holding part 30 holding a wire bundle 51. The holding part 30 has a protruding part 31 protruding from the insertion part 20 and a tip extending part 32 extending from a tip of the protruding part 31 toward spaces at both sides of the protruding part 31.
