The present invention pertains to a nozzle cleaning blade of a dispensing jet valve, which cleans a nozzle (12) of a jet valve (10) which injects a doping agent to join or process a particular portion which is mounted as a product object such that the particular portion may move from a dispensing device in the horizontal and vertical directions. The nozzle cleaning blade of a dispensing jet valve is characterized in that: blades (20) for cleaning the surface of the nozzle (2) are vertically provided to a fixing plate (21) on a working tray (T) such that the blades (20) mutually correspond to each other, wherein the working tray (T) is secured with the target object and conveys the same along guide rails (R) in the right and left directions; and the fixing plate (21) is fixed to a bracket (30) which is detachably mounted on the top surface of the working tray (T). Therefore, the nozzle of the jet valve for the joining and processing of a high-precision product object elastically comes into contact with the blades such that the blades may clean and wipe off the residue of the doping agent. Therefore, the forming of fine residue of the doping agent on the surface of the nozzle may be prevented when compared to existing rotational type roll brushes such that the discharge of the doping agent from the jet valve via the nozzle, which is continuously used, may be uniformly carried out, thereby implementing precise processing of high precision materials. |
