<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strain sensor capable of easily measuring strain of many kinds of measuring objects with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A strain sensor 1 is applied to a measuring object 10 and capable of measurement without electrical connection. The strain sensor 1 has a film part 2 one side of which is applied to a measuring object 10 and sensor parts 3 on the other side from the one side. The sensor parts 3 include two first sensor parts 31 that are each provided on the both sides of the strip of the sensor parts 3 in the longitudinal direction and that are applied to the film part 2, and a second sensor part 32 that is provided across the two first sensor parts 31 and that has a cross section smaller than that of each of the first sensor parts 31.
