<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a finger bag that is superior in operability and can operate a touch panel of a capacitance type, and provide the finger bag. <P>SOLUTION: For forming a protruded knitted portion 3 in which a plurality of stitch rows are continuously formed in a wale direction around a center of the knitting width on the palm side at the tip portion using conductive yarns in a finger bag 2 cylindrically knitted using non-conductive yarns, FB and BB are alternately knitted to form the knitting of the protruded knitted portion 3 by using a yarn feeding port 7 with conductive yarns . Following the knitting of the protruded knitted portion 3, the knitting of a bag is performed to form a configuration close to a spherical body.
