<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle presence informing apparatus that can inform the circumference of the vehicle presence without getting informing sound masked by the influence of the rain even when it rains. <P>SOLUTION: When a rainfall amount detected by a rain sensor 3 exceeds a predetermined standard rainfall amount, a sound pressure increasing means 5 increases the sound pressure of the informing sound generated from both of a parametric speaker 1 and a vehicle horn 2. Therefore, even under the circumference in which rain sound or road noise in traveling in the rain is generated by rain fall, the generated sound pressure of the informing sound is increased, so that malfunction in which the informing sound is masked by the rain fall or road noise in traveling in the rain can be prevented from occurring.
