The device (1) has housing (2) in which two air flow paths (3,4) are formed. The flap (5) arranged in housing is hinged with respect to segment portion (6) with two end positions (E1,E2) for opening and closing flow paths. A folding device (7) is provided for connecting segment portions (6,8). The segment portion (8) is contacted with front end (14) of air flow path (3) in the bent state of flap. The segment portions are set opposite to each other by closing and opening air flow paths. A stop portion (13) is provided in segment portions at wall portion (9) of housing.
