<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the balance of a tilt table and reduce a slewing radius and moment of inertia around a horizontal axis. <P>SOLUTION: An AC axis unit 6 includes a trunnion 11 held in a rotation dividable manner around an A axis on a base table 10 and a turntable 12 provided in the rotation dividable manner around a C axis perpendicular to the A axis on the trunnion 11. A motor 22 which is installed inside the trunnion 11 and rotationally drives the turntable 12 is placed in a way that an axis line P of a motor axis is positioned on a same plain surface formed by the A axis and the C axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
