PURPOSE: A content playing device, a content providing system thereof, and a method thereof are provided to easily confirm opinions of other users while consuming contents by selectively displaying only comment information corresponding to a specific condition. CONSTITUTION: A receiving module(112) receives comment information including comment identification information about contents from a first content playing device or a user terminal. A control module(111) determines a second content playing device to which the comment information is transmitted based on the comment identification information.
