<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of easily performing jam processing and improving operability by simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A hook 12 provided for a sheet conveyance guide 11 for opening and closing a sheet conveyance passage 211 to freely appear and disappear is projected from the surface 11a at the sheet conveying passage side of the sheet conveyance guide 11 and locked to a pin 20 provided at a device body 1A to be locked and unlocked, thus holding the sheet conveyance guide 11 at a position of closing the sheet conveyance passage 211. A cam member 16 is installed on the side wall surface 21 of a jam processing space S formed in the device body 1A. When opening the sheet conveyance guide 11, the hook 12 is made to pressure-contact with the cam member 16 for making the hook 12 retreat from the sheet conveyance passage side surface 11a of the sheet conveyance guide 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
